Executive Chef and Owner

Born in Elizabethtown, KY, Chef Liz found herself in the restaurant industry at a young age. Her father, a restaurateur in the Endless Mountains of PA, owned Bingham's. It was at Bingham's that Liz worked as the Executive Chef for the better part of a decade, while completing coursework at the Culinary Institute of America. By the '90s and ready for a new adventure, Chef Liz headed north to share her culinary passion with Greater Binghamton and, in 2004, Main Street Grill and Bakery was born. All of these years later, Chef Liz is still found baking, sautéing, and articulating a life celebrating food.
